How to buy a product on

Simply select the products of your choice by clicking on “Add to basket” on the product sheet. Once your basket has been validated to finalize your order, you will need to identify yourself by logging into your existing account, or by creating a new account. Don’t want to create an account? No worries, you can place your order as a guest. You choose !
Then you can pay for your order.

What are the delivery costs?

For metropolitan France:

Standard delivery costs with Colissimo are €10. It is free for all orders over 40€.


For other countries of the European Union:

Standard delivery costs with Colissimo are €15. It is free for all orders over 60€.

What are the delivery times ?

The PAÑPURI team undertakes to prepare your order within 24 to 48 working hours following your purchase. Orders placed before 12 noon are dispatched the same day. Preparation and delivery times may be slightly longer during periods of high intensity.


Can I choose the samples I want in my order?

We want to make you happy and make you discover all of our ranges. In your basket, you can choose, for any order, two samples from a nice selection that we renew regularly.


What payment methods are offered?

The shop accepts payment by credit card (Amex, Master Card or VISA) via the STRIPE payment system.

You can also pay for your order with PayPal.

Are payments secure?

Yes, all payments made on by credit card or via PayPal are secure. All personal and banking information is completely secure. Our partner Stripe uses an SSL encryption system to ensure the transmission of payment data.

The site does not take any knowledge of your banking information. In the address bar, at the top of your browser, two elements ensure the safety of your payment: the “S” of “https” means “security” and the small closed padlock.


How to return a product ?

Rest assured, if you are unhappy with all or part of your order, you have a 14-day cooling-off period following receipt of the products and gift cards.

Returns must be for products delivered in good condition. The products must be presented in their original unused packaging, together with any gifts sent with the order.

The refund will be made for the products and the initial delivery costs (excluding the customised delivery service) directly to the credit card used when the order was placed.

You are still responsible for the postage costs involved in returning your products.
